Digital products, including ebooks or downloadable learning materials when offered, are delivered electronically after payment is completed. Digital products do not require physical shipping.

Physical products

When a physical book or printed product is available for purchase, shipping options, delivery estimates, taxes, and shipping costs are shown during checkout before payment.

Most physical orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery time depends on the carrier, destination, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Order issues

If an order arrives damaged, does not arrive, or appears incorrect, contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery. Include your order number and photos if the item arrived damaged.
