Returns and refunds

We want customers to receive the correct MathLibros learning materials in good condition. If there is a problem with your order, contact [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue.

Digital products

Digital products are generally final sale after access or download. Refunds may be considered for duplicate purchases, incorrect product delivery, or technical delivery issues that we cannot resolve.

Physical products

Physical books may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and in resalable condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or incorrect items

For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
